Steve Gorman is one our clients who has entrusted the SEO development of his website to us. His website SERP's have benefitted from all of the SEO and Google Adwords Campaign Management services we offers we offer is currently in Phase IV of our SEO maintenance program.

Steve Gorman engaged First Page SEO in October of 2009. He is the owner of a well known real estate company called Gorman Real Estate in Pacific Grove for over 20 years. He has had a website since 1999 and recently started a Google Adwords Campaign in 2008. He specifically wanted to increase his Google Search Engine Ranking Pages for:

Google SEO - Phases I,II and III - Google SERP's
For the keyword phrase "Property Management" and the particular city that service is located, the Google Search Engine Result’s Pages(SERP’s) all four desired cities rose significantly. The keyword phrase "Real Estate Agent" and the desired city the Google SERP’s in all four cities varied from Number 2 in Pacific Grove and the Monterey Peninsula to Number 104 in Monterey and 116 in Pebble Beach. Carmel and Monterey did not achieve any significant rankings for this keyword phrase. Obviously an area to focus on during Phase IV.

Search Engine Optimization Phases IV - Results Ongoing
Below are recommendations that were made for Phase IV of Mr Gorman's optimization program.
- Continue Google Analytic Tracking Code Analysis for keyword refinement and coordination with Adwords campaign.
- Regular submission of your sitemap.
- Create more content for pages (Rentals, Property Owners, etc.) in the www.gormanre.com that attain a high SERP.
- Monitor SERP for keyword phrases on a regular basis for changes in the competitive space.
